In the available Wellness&Spa area you can enjoy both therapeutic massages and aromatherapy treatments. We also have a Jacuzzi, steam baths and saunas, which help to improve circulation in the body, remove toxins and improve mood or support mental health and relaxation. For customers of our centre we also offer Wellness&Spa packages in our facility located in the charming place of the Puszcza Notecka in Wielkopolska, including: watermelon refreshment, chocolate dream, romantic SPA walk for two, SPA delight for two. The new products in our offer include hot oil massages and Shea butter massages. Our biological regeneration served to regenerate athletes who stayed in our hotel on training camps, including the Polish national football team. Wellness area

The rich offer of biological regeneration at the Olympic Hotel also includes a Wellness area, where we offer water massages with the use of a Jacuzzi. With the use of water jets in the Jacuzzi you may benefit the muscular and skeletal system, especially when you have a monotonous work every day, which you do in a sitting or standing position. Jacuzzi bathing also improves blood circulation and ensures a comfortable rest. The Wellness area in the “Leśny Zakątek” centre in Wronki in Wielkopolska also offers a steam bath, which regenerates the blood circulation system, improves mental comfort, provides relaxation and reduces stress. The high temperature and high humidity in the steam bath result in regeneration due to the influence of heat. Steam bath is recommended in case of fever or colds, because it supports the immune system. Toxins are excreted along with the sweat. The room where the organism is effectively detoxicated and mental fitness is improved is the Finnish sauna. It is a popular form of regeneration, especially in Scandinavia, in which very hot air is used – around 80-100 degrees Celsius. The use of the sauna lowers blood pressure, so it is not advisable for people who have low blood pressure, as well as for pregnant women. After the Finnish sauna treatments, the body should have a moment adapt to normal conditions, so we offer further relaxation in our Wellness area.
